1) THE CUSTOMER
The customer declares to be an adult and legally capable natural person.

2) THE PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. Grand Rue takes the greatest care and the greatest accuracy in the presentation and description of its products.

3) CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
For CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT (S), measurements are taken by the customer under his full responsibility. No claim on the taking of measurement will be accepted by the company. The customer is informed that the CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT (S) receive a clear personalization preventing their remarketing. As a result, they cannot be taken back by the company. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tailor-made or highly personalized products.

The customer will have the opportunity, before finalizing his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express its acceptance.
Verification of the order:
Grand Rue will be entitled to refuse any order placed by a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order as well as any order not in accordance with these general conditions of sale.
In this case, Grand Rue will inform the customer by telephone or by email. If the customer fails to proceed with Grand Rue to correct erroneous or contrary elements to these general conditions of sale, Grand Rue reserves the right not to process the order.
The confirmation of the order:
Once the order has been confirmed by the client, Grand Rue acknowledges receipt by email sent to the address provided by the client. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by Grand Rue of the content of his order.

5) PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Euros. The prices are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.
The prices invoiced to the customer are those in force on the date of the order.
For customers residing outside the European Union and DOM TOM, it is specified that the prices displayed on the Site will be invoiced after deduction of VAT. Grand Rue will be entitled to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is domiciled in a country different from the delivery address.
In the event of unavailability of product after placing an order, the Customer will be informed by email or telephone. He will have the choice to ask for the refund of the sums, or the exchange of the product. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days.
The customer also has the option of paying by bank transfer or check. The customer is informed that if he chooses these means of payment his order can only be processed after receipt and perfect collection of the amount of the order. 6) PAYMENT IN 3X BY CB:
The payment in 3 times CB is a solution of payment in 3 times by bank card, Visa or Mastercard which allows to stagger the order in 3 withdrawals according to the following schedule:
- 1st withdrawal on the day of the order: 1/3 of the amount of the basket
- 2nd withdrawal 30 days after: 1/3 of the amount of the basket
- 3rd withdrawal 30 days after (i.e. 60 days after ordering): 1/3 of the amount of the basket
To take advantage of payment in 3X by credit card, it is necessary to fulfill the following conditions:
- The customer must reside in mainland France.
- The client must be of legal age.
- Payment must be made via a CB, Visa or Mastercard.
- The expiration date of the card must be greater than the date of the third debit.
If one of these conditions is not met, the company may cancel the order.
Payment in 3X by CB is not a credit, but an ease of payment. No fees are charged to the customer for this facility. The ownership of the articles is only acquired by the customer after having paid the full amount of the order. The customer benefits from his right of withdrawal under the same conditions as other means of payment.
7) PROOF OF PURCHASE - INVOICING
After confirming the order, the customer receives a confirmation email. On this email, the customer will be able to download his invoice by clicking on "Download invoice". The customer is advised to save a copy of his invoice.
Grand Rue will do its best to ensure that the order is shipped within an average of one (1) to five (5) working days from the day following that of the validation by the buyer of his order.
Following the shipment by Grand Rue, the delivery time will be three (3) to ten (10) days for any shipment by Collisimo Suivi Access. The package is placed in the recipient's mailbox. If it cannot contain the package, a notice of pending proceeding is filed there. The buyer only has to collect his package from his post office within 15 days.
Subject to full payment of the order, ownership of the order is transferred to the customer as soon as the package is placed in his letterbox by the Colissimo postman. It is therefore concluded that the order is returned to the customer. Consequently, any theft of a parcel in a letter box is not the responsibility of the transport. If the customer does not accept that the package is placed under his responsibility as soon as it is returned to his letterbox, the customer has the possibility of opting for Colissimo delivery against signature (this delivery method is chargeable) . Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the customer or any other natural person of his choice. Delivery can not be made to hotels or to postal domiciliation companies.
The Customer will have the possibility of tracking his parcel thanks to the tracking number which will be communicated to him by email by Coliposte when sending the order.
In order to meet these deadlines, the customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street, building, staircase number, access codes , names and / or intercom numbers, etc.). Inaccurate information may result in additional delivery times or even re-shipment.
Outside the territory of the European Union, it is recalled that delivery may be delayed until formalities and customs fees have not been paid by the customer, which he accepts.
Once the order has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible for the Customer to change the delivery address. The total amount of the delivery costs of the products ordered will be indicated on the Site to the customer before he accepts his order and will be mentioned again in the confirmation email sent by Grand Rue as well as in the delivery notes.
9) RETENTION OF TITLE
The customer becomes the owner of the items ordered after their perfect payment. By general provision, the articles are dispatched after perfect payment of the amount of the order. 10) THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise, without having to justify reasons, within fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the products ordered. The customer is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply for orders of CUSTOM PRODUCT (S) and for orders placed by a professional customer. When customer service receives a return request. This will only be accepted by the service if this request is made within 14 days. The service will confirm to the customer that the return request has been taken into account. If the customer is in France or Monaco, the service will send them a return label by email. 11) EXCHANGE AND HAVE
